Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2021 China Guardian held the auction Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art, which included the work Wheel Of Fortune – Luck (Painted In 2010) by Aya Takano. The price achieved of HKD 108,000.00 (€ 12,013.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 90,000.00 – 150,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aya Takano achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sweetness In The Dark (Painted In 2009) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 420,000.00 (€ 428,902.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2021 führte China Guardian die Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Wheel Of Fortune – Luck (Painted In 2010) von Aya Takano zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 108.000,00 (€ 12.013,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 90.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aya Takano erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sweetness In The Dark (Painted In 2009) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 420.000,00 (€ 428.902,17).
