It achieved a price of EUR 7,560.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Chris von Wangenheim - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lisa Taylor, Publicité pour Christian Dior, 1976, which sold at auction in June 2019 for EUR 23,750.00.

Die Arbeit Woman with Dog, années 1970 von Chris von Wangenheim wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Photographies bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 7.560,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Chris von Wangenheim mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lisa Taylor, Publicité pour Christian Dior, 1976 beobachtet, die im Juni 2019 für EUR 23.750,00 versteigert wurde.
