Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2020 Phillips in an online auction held the auction 24/7: Online Auction, which included the work Pink Cracked Bear by Daniel Arsham. The price achieved of HKD 10,000.00 (€ 1,107.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Daniel Arsham achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Quartz Eroded Vogue Magazine 101 in November 2019 with an auction result of HKD 2,312,500.00 (€ 268,207.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion 24/7: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pink Cracked Bear von Daniel Arsham zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 10.000,00 (€ 1.107,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Daniel Arsham erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Quartz Eroded Vogue Magazine 101 im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.312.500,00 (€ 268.207,19).
