Auction result well in line with expectations
In May this year Bonhams held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Pulpa by Domingo Ravenet. It changed hands for a price of USD 8,925.00 (€ 8,377.14) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Admittedly, works by Domingo Ravenet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Desnudo in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 51,400.00 (€ 34,994.55).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pulpa von Domingo Ravenet zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 8.925,00 (€ 8.377,14) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 7.000,00 – 9.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Domingo Ravenet auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Desnudo im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 51.400,00 (€ 34.994,55).
