Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2005 Christies in London held the auction 20th Century British Art, which included the work Two Fishing Boats by Eileen Bell. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,020.00 (€ 1,505.84). Other works by Eileen Bell have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 2,040.00 (€ 3,011.68) in May 2005 for the work House Boats At Low Tide.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2005 führte Christies in London die Auktion 20th Century British Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two Fishing Boats von Eileen Bell zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.020,00 (€ 1.505,84) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Eileen Bell haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.040,00 (€ 3.011,68) im Mai 2005 für die Arbeit House Boats At Low Tide beobachtet.
