In the Avant-Garde(s) Including Thinking Italian auction, the work 'Agneau', série 'Les Nouveaux Moutons' sold for EUR 630,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 350,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by François-Xavier Lalanne achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'RHINOCRÉTAIRE I', PIÈCE UNIQUE, 1964 in October this year with an auction result of EUR 18,335,000.00.
