Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Nature morte by Georges Braque was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2020. It achieved a price of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 90,628.18), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Georges Braque achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paysage À La Ciotat in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 15,845,000.00 (€ 12,199,722.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Nature morte von Georges Braque kam im Juli 2020 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 90.628,18) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Georges Braque erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paysage À La Ciotat im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 15.845.000,00 (€ 12.199.722,82).
