The work Four Prints By The Artist by Grant Wood was worth USD 8,125.00 (€ 6,800.30) to a buyer in November 2020. This price was achieved in the auction Modern Edition at Christies in New York and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of USD 2,500.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Grant Wood achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Study for "February" in December 2008 with an auction result of USD 1,058,500.00 (€ 760,471.30).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Modern Edition bei Christies in New York erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von USD 2.500,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Grant Wood erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Study for "February" im Dezember 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.058.500,00 (€ 760.471,30).
