In June this year VAN HAM held the auction Art of the 20th Century | ONLINE ONLY, which included the work Schwingen. by Günther Uecker. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 21,120.00 41% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Günther Uecker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spirale I, Spirale II (Doppelspirale) in March 2017 with an auction result of GBP 2,629,000.00 (€ 3,080,928.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 41 % übertroffen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion Art of the 20th Century | ONLINE ONLY durch, in der auch die Arbeit Schwingen. von Günther Uecker zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 21.120,00 und damit 41% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Günther Uecker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spirale I, Spirale II (Doppelspirale) im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.629.000,00 (€ 3.080.928,49).
