In December 2021 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Contemporary Art | Milan, which included the work T1964-E7 by Hans Hartung. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 126,000.00 26% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hans Hartung achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work T1956-13 in December 2017 with an auction result of EUR 2,691,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Contemporary Art | Milan durch, in der auch die Arbeit T1964-E7 von Hans Hartung zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 126.000,00 und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hans Hartung erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit T1956-13 im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.691.250,00.
