Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November this year Christies in Sydney held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Relief architectonique by Jean (Hans) Arp. Here, the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 15,120.00 (€ 13,861.39). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean (Hans) Arp achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Déméter in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 5,825,000.00 (€ 5,144,396.36).
