Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Buste De Femme by Jean Crotti. Here, the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 31,500.00 (€ 25,832.38). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean Crotti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les forces mécaniques de l'amour en mouvement in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 1,032,500.00 (€ 867,792.91).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Buste De Femme von Jean Crotti zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 31.500,00 (€ 25.832,38) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean Crotti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les forces mécaniques de l'amour en mouvement im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.032.500,00 (€ 867.792,91).
