A top price for Jerkface - as previously expected
The work Homerbob Wave (Variant) by Jerkface was sold in the NO REGRETS: 20th/21st Century Art Online Sale auction at Christies in Hong Kong in April this year. It changed hands for a price of HKD 119,700.00 (€ 122,237.12) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 120,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Homerbob Wave (Variant) is the most expensive artwork by Jerkface that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Homerbob Wave (Variant) von Jerkface wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion NO REGRETS: 20th/21st Century Art Online Sale bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 119.700,00 (€ 122.237,12) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 120.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Homerbob Wave (Variant) das teuerste Kunstwerk von Jerkface, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
