In October 2021 Christies in London held the auction Modern British and Irish Art Day Sale, which included the work Orwell House Estate by Keith Coventry. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,809.12), 25% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Keith Coventry have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nice - Vue de l'Escalier le Sage in January 2020 with an auction result of GBP 65,000.00 (€ 77,316.78).

Im Oktober 2021 führte Christies in London die Auktion Modern British and Irish Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Orwell House Estate von Keith Coventry zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.809,12) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Keith Coventry auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nice - Vue de l'Escalier le Sage im Januar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 65.000,00 (€ 77.316,78).
