In November this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Madeleine" by Lotte Laserstein. The result of SEK 250,000.00 (€ 21,956.36) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 250,000.00 – 300,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lotte Laserstein achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work German abend Über Potsdam (Evening Over Potsdam) in June 2010 with an auction result of GBP 421,250.00 (€ 512,279.21).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Madeleine" von Lotte Laserstein zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 250.000,00 (€ 21.956,36) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 250.000,00 – 300.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lotte Laserstein erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit German abend Über Potsdam (Evening Over Potsdam) im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 421.250,00 (€ 512.279,21).
