In the Made in Britain auction, the work Ghost sold for GBP 10,625.00 (€ 11,933.24) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Mark Wallinger have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work (I) The Word In The Desert I (Ii) The Word In The Desert Ii (Iii) The Word In The Desert Iii (Iv) The Word In The Desert Iv (V) The Word In The Desert V in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 48,500.00 (€ 69,649.19).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Mark Wallinger erzielte im September 2018 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis.
