Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Reihoud by Reinhoud D'Haese was sold in the Twentieth Century Art including Belgian Art and auction at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2001. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,800.00 – 3,600.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,937.50 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Reinhoud D'Haese have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bird Snail Man in June 2008 with an auction result of EUR 23,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Reihoud von Reinhoud D'Haese wurde im Dezember 2001 in der Auktion Twentieth Century Art including Belgian Art and bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.800,00 – 3.600,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 2.937,50 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Reinhoud D'Haese auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bird Snail Man im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 23.750,00.
