Marion auction, the work Neopha sold for USD 1,290,500.00 (€ 1,058,307.36) - well above the upper estimate of USD 700,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Susan Rothenberg; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Diagonal sold at auction in May 2007 with the realized price of USD 1,496,000.00 (€ 1,112,019.62).
