Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Szabolcs Bozó could be acquired at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Day Auction auction, the work C.P.006 changed hands for HKD 252,000.00 (€ 30,468.63) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 300,000.00 – 500,000.00. Admittedly, works by Szabolcs Bozó have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May last year with an auction result of HKD 1,386,000.00 (€ 164,547.95).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Szabolcs Bozó konnte im April letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Hong Kong für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Day Auction wechselte die Arbeit C.P.006 für HKD 252.000,00 (€ 30.468,63) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 300.000,00 – 500.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Szabolcs Bozó auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.386.000,00 (€ 164.547,95).
