This artwork by Victoria Morton achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Cologne in November 2021. In the Contemporary Passions auction, the work Inverted Careless Freedom sold for EUR 13,860.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00. This high result makes Inverted Careless Freedom the most expensive artwork by Victoria Morton that we have observed at auctions so far.
