Upper estimate price exceeded by 49 %.
The work Mick Jagger, from Mick Jagger Portfolio by Andy Warhol was auctioned at Bonhams in London in June this year. It achieved a price of GBP 89,300.00 (€ 103,929.83), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 49%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andy Warhol achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Shot Sage Blue Marilyn in May last year with an auction result of USD 195,040,000.00 (€ 181,753,797.41).
