Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2016 Artcurial held the auction Prints & Illustrated Books, which included the work Composition by Arthur Luiz Piza. It changed hands for a price of EUR 780.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arthur Luiz Piza achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in November 2011 with an auction result of EUR 133,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2016 führte Artcurial die Auktion Prints & Illustrated Books durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition von Arthur Luiz Piza zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 780,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 600,00 – 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arthur Luiz Piza erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 133.000,00.
