Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2001 Christies in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Morocco, Fez by Bruno Barbey. The price achieved of USD 4,700.00 (€ 5,296.37) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Bruno Barbey have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2015 the work Paris – Mai 1968 was auctioned for EUR 7,150.00.

Im April 2001 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Morocco, Fez von Bruno Barbey zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 4.700,00 (€ 5.296,37) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Bruno Barbey konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2015 die Arbeit Paris – Mai 1968 für EUR 7.150,00 versteigert.
