The work Le Golfe de Saint-Tropez depuis l'Oustalet by Henri Manguin was sold in the Impressionist/Modern & Picasso Ceramics auction at Christies in London in February 2015. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 30,000.00 (€ 41,365.54), 50% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri Manguin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Oliviers À Cavalière in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 1,150,000.00 (€ 1,032,779.52).

Die Arbeit Le Golfe de Saint-Tropez depuis l'Oustalet von Henri Manguin wurde im Februar 2015 in der Auktion Impressionist/Modern & Picasso Ceramics bei Christies in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 41.365,54) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Henri Manguin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Oliviers À Cavalière im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.150.000,00 (€ 1.032.779,52).
