Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work Kit d'invasion #02: Blue Octopus by Invader was worth EUR 25,200.00 to a buyer in May last year. This price was achieved in the auction Art contemporain - vente online at Christies in Paris and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Invader achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tk_119 in November 2019 with an auction result of USD 1,220,000.00 (€ 1,107,178.51).

Die Arbeit Kit d'invasion #02: Blue Octopus von Invader war einem Käufer im Mai letzten Jahres EUR 25.200,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Art contemporain - vente online bei Christies in Paris erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Invader erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tk_119 im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.220.000,00 (€ 1.107.178,51).
