Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Personnage Dans La Nuit by Joan Miró was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2015. Here, the upper estimate of USD 350,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 389,000.00 (€ 368,301.46). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joan Miró achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Peinture (Étoile Bleue) in June 2012 with an auction result of GBP 23,561,250.00 (€ 29,174,436.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Personnage Dans La Nuit von Joan Miró kam im November 2015 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 350.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 389.000,00 (€ 368.301,46) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joan Miró erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Peinture (Étoile Bleue) im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 23.561.250,00 (€ 29.174.436,97).
