In December 2007 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art, which included the work L'Oeil by Léon Arthur Tutundjian. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 14,050.00 56% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Léon Arthur Tutundjian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Armenian still Life On A Balcony in December 2015 with an auction result of GBP 125,000.00 (€ 169,743.99).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 56 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2007 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit L'Oeil von Léon Arthur Tutundjian zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 14.050,00 und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Léon Arthur Tutundjian erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Armenian still Life On A Balcony im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 125.000,00 (€ 169.743,99).
