Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Piramide". by Lucio Fontana was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November this year. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 65,000.00 (€ 5,708.65). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lucio Fontana achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Concetto Spaziale, La Fine Di Dio in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 29,173,000.00 (€ 27,620,715.77).
