This work without title by Lynne Drexler was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction at Bonhams in London in October last year. It achieved a price of GBP 82,200.00 (€ 95,762.09), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 64%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lynne Drexler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Herbert's Garden in May last year with an auction result of USD 1,500,000.00 (€ 1,397,819.40).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Lynne Drexler wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 82.200,00 (€ 95.762,09) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 64%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lynne Drexler erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Herbert's Garden im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.500.000,00 (€ 1.397.819,40).
