Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Paesaggio con montagne by Mario Sironi was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in November last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mario Sironi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paesaggio Con Tempio in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 826,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Paesaggio con montagne von Mario Sironi wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.200,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mario Sironi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paesaggio Con Tempio im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 826.500,00.
