Upper estimate price exceeded by 26 %.
In March last year Sothebys in Paris held the auction Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Auction, which included the work Montmartre by Maurice Utrillo. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 75,600.00 26% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maurice Utrillo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Paravent De Maurice Utrillo, 1939 in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 835,540.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Im März letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Montmartre von Maurice Utrillo zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 75.600,00 und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Maurice Utrillo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Paravent De Maurice Utrillo, 1939 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 835.540,00.
