In October 2011 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm, which included the work Lady with cigarette by Pelle Åberg. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 42,000.00 (€ 4,658.64), 68% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Pelle Åberg; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Woman at the café sold at auction in April 2013 with the realized price of SEK 75,000.00 (€ 8,782.65).

Im Oktober 2011 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lady with cigarette von Pelle Åberg zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 42.000,00 (€ 4.658,64) und damit 68% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Pelle Åberg; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Woman at the café im April 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 75.000,00 (€ 8.782,65).
