Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait De Madame Heim by Robert Delaunay was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2010. The price achieved of GBP 37,250.00 (€ 45,299.47) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Delaunay achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tour Eiffel in February 2012 with an auction result of GBP 3,737,250.00 (€ 4,462,375.53).

Die Arbeit Portrait De Madame Heim von Robert Delaunay kam im Juni 2010 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 37.250,00 (€ 45.299,47) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Delaunay erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tour Eiffel im Februar 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.737.250,00 (€ 4.462.375,53).
