Artwork auctioned at three times the pre-set estimate
The work System und Zufall by Ryszard Winiarski was worth EUR 112,500.00 to a buyer in June 2018. This price was achieved in the auction Kunst nach 1945 I at Ketterer in Munich and exceeded the previously set estimate of EUR 30,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Ryszard Winiarski; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Surface IV sold at auction in November 2021 with the realized price of GBP 138,600.00 (€ 162,729.44).

Die Arbeit System und Zufall von Ryszard Winiarski war einem Käufer im Juni 2018 EUR 112.500,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Kunst nach 1945 I bei Ketterer in München erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten Schätzpreis von EUR 30.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Ryszard Winiarski; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Surface IV im November 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 138.600,00 (€ 162.729,44).
