Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Salvador Dalí achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in February this year. In the Prints & Multiples Online auction, the work Vénus de Milo aux tiroirs - 1964 sold for EUR 1,443.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Salvador Dalí achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait De Paul Éluard in February 2011 with an auction result of GBP 13,481,250.00 (€ 15,879,784.58).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Salvador Dalí erzielte im Februar diesen Jahres bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Prints & Multiples Online wurde die Arbeit Vénus de Milo aux tiroirs - 1964 für EUR 1.443,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Salvador Dalí erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait De Paul Éluard im Februar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.481.250,00 (€ 15.879.784,58).
