Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Salvo achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in November last year. In the Arte moderna e contemporanea auction, the work Bosnia Erzegovina sold for EUR 33,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Salvo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il Mattino (The Morning) in November this year with an auction result of HKD 8,694,000.00 (€ 1,020,198.02).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Salvo erzielte im November letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Bosnia Erzegovina für EUR 33.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Salvo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Il Mattino (The Morning) im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 8.694.000,00 (€ 1.020.198,02).
