Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October last year China Guardian held the auction Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art, which included the work Seated Woman with Relaxed Arm(Painted in 1920s-1930s) by Sanyu. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 270,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 288,000.00 (€ 36,905.98). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sanyu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Five Nudes in November 2019 with an auction result of HKD 303,985,000.00 (€ 35,256,632.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober letzten Jahres führte China Guardian die Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Seated Woman with Relaxed Arm(Painted in 1920s-1930s) von Sanyu zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 270.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 288.000,00 (€ 36.905,98) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sanyu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Five Nudes im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 303.985.000,00 (€ 35.256.632,18).
