Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Tsai Hsia-Ling achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2019. In the Modern Art auction, the work Senza Titolo sold for HKD 21,250.00 (€ 2,418.87) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 10,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Tsai Hsia-Ling; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Malerei sold at auction in April 2018 with the realized price of HKD 37,500.00 (€ 3,956.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Tsai Hsia-Ling erzielte im April 2019 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Senza Titolo für HKD 21.250,00 (€ 2.418,87) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 10.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Tsai Hsia-Ling; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Malerei im April 2018 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 37.500,00 (€ 3.956,85).
