On 01 October 2021, Christie's will open the autumn 2021 auction season in New York with Post-War to Present. Starting at 4 p.m. CET (equivalent to 10 a.m. EDT), art lovers will be able to bid on top-class works from the post-war period as well as works by famous contemporary artists at the live auction. Post-War to Present's thoughtful offering of artworks brings together mid-twentieth century art makers with their counterparts of the present day in a seamless, exciting dialogue and promises to deliver high-quality works for aspiring as well as seasoned collectors.

The dynamic selection of works includes artists such as Wayne Thiebaud, Yayoi Kusama, Elaine de Kooning, Yoshitomo Nara, Philip Guston, Matthew Wong, Grace Hartigan, Mickalene Thomas and Emily Mae Smith. Art.Salon
