The »bidding war« ended at GBP 30,240.00 (€ 33,578.94), 51% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Alicja Kwade; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Parallelwelt (Schwarz/Weiß) (Parallel Universe (Black/White)) sold at auction in March 2021 with the realized price of GBP 47,500.00 (€ 55,800.26).

Die Arbeit Totum Pro Parte (Ein Hocker ist ein Bild) von Alicja Kwade wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 30.240,00 (€ 33.578,94) und damit 51% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
