Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Paysage Avec Arbres by Camille Bombois was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in London in June 2012. The price achieved of GBP 11,250.00 (€ 13,930.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 9,500.00 – 12,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Camille Bombois achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La blonde sur le pouf in June 2016 with an auction result of GBP 122,500.00 (€ 147,039.97).

Die Arbeit Paysage Avec Arbres von Camille Bombois wurde im Juni 2012 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 11.250,00 (€ 13.930,18) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 9.500,00 – 12.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Camille Bombois erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La blonde sur le pouf im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 122.500,00 (€ 147.039,97).
