Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Testa by Enrico Baj was sold in the Post-war and contemporary art - vente du jour auction at Christies in Paris in December 2018. The price achieved of EUR 9,375.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Enrico Baj achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grande spettacolo in June 2019 with an auction result of EUR 130,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Testa von Enrico Baj wurde im Dezember 2018 in der Auktion Post-war and contemporary art - vente du jour bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 9.375,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Enrico Baj erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Grande spettacolo im Juni 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 130.000,00.
