It achieved a price of GBP 7,560.00 (€ 8,820.23), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 51%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fika Leon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Family Safari in April last year with an auction result of GBP 88,200.00 (€ 105,175.38).

Die Arbeit A Royal Celebration von Fika Leon kam im Juli diesen Jahres bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 7.560,00 (€ 8.820,23) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 51%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fika Leon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Family Safari im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 88.200,00 (€ 105.175,38).
