Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Made in Britain, which included the work Lucinda Hollingsworth, London, 1959 by Georges Dambier. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,823.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Georges Dambier have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2019 the work Lucinda Londres, 1959 was auctioned for GBP 4,750.00 (€ 5,359.81).

Im März 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Made in Britain durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lucinda Hollingsworth, London, 1959 von Georges Dambier zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.823,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden.
