Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2011 Phillips in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Work-32 (Estudo 1) by Helena Almeida. The price achieved of USD 10,000.00 (€ 6,747.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Helena Almeida achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ponto de Fuga (Vanishing Point) in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 75,000.00 (€ 85,136.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2011 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Work-32 (Estudo 1) von Helena Almeida zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 6.747,18) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Helena Almeida erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ponto de Fuga (Vanishing Point) im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 75.000,00 (€ 85.136,16).
