Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Alkohol by Herbert Gurschner was auctioned at Christies in London in February 2015. The price achieved of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 25,853.47) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Other works by Herbert Gurschner have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2020 the work Bean Ingram was auctioned for EUR 50,000.00.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 25.853,47) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 15.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Herbert Gurschner konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2020 die Arbeit Bean Ingram für EUR 50.000,00 versteigert.
