The work Serie II/94/6 by Hermann Nitsch was sold in the Post War & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Paris in December 2021. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 100,000.00 43% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Hermann Nitsch have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ohne Titel (Schüttbild) in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 600,000.00.

Die Arbeit Serie II/94/6 von Hermann Nitsch wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 100.000,00 und damit 43% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hermann Nitsch auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ohne Titel (Schüttbild) im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 600.000,00.
