Auction result well in line with expectations
The work When will we be free? by Ian Wallace was sold in the Under the Influence auction at Phillips in London in December 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 7,000.00 – 9,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,654.99) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ian Wallace - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work At the Crosswalk III, which sold at auction in February 2016 for USD 40,000.00 (€ 36,805.30).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit When will we be free? von Ian Wallace wurde im Dezember 2014 in der Auktion Under the Influence bei Phillips in London versteigert.
