In November 2014 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary, which included the work "Tabby, Tacky, Taint" by Karin Mamma Andersson. The result of SEK 1,200,000.00 (€ 129,377.71) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 1,200,000.00 – 1,500,000.00. Admittedly, works by Karin Mamma Andersson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work On Tenterhooks in March this year with an auction result of GBP 756,000.00 (€ 860,096.03).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November 2014 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Tabby, Tacky, Taint" von Karin Mamma Andersson zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 1.200.000,00 (€ 129.377,71) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 1.200.000,00 – 1.500.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Karin Mamma Andersson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit On Tenterhooks im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 756.000,00 (€ 860.096,03).
