Upper estimate price exceeded by 62 %.
In March last year Sothebys in Paris held the auction Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Auction, which included the work 14 juillet, 1950 by Raoul Dufy. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 11,340.00 62% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raoul Dufy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Regattes À Trouville in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,505,000.00 (€ 2,075,171.47).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 62 % übertroffen
Im März letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit 14 juillet, 1950 von Raoul Dufy zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 11.340,00 und damit 62% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Raoul Dufy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Regattes À Trouville im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.505.000,00 (€ 2.075.171,47).
